Sam Maguire visits Towers - Thursday 2nd February

 

Please note that the Sam Maguire will be in the Round Towers clubrooms tomorrow 2nd February from 8.30pm onwards in the members bar.

Siobhéal Keogh Chernobyl Quiz Fundraiser

Round Tower GAA Club is the venue this coming Thursday, February 2nd, for a table quiz in aid of Vesnova's Children's Orphanage in Chernobyl. The quiz is being organised to support Clondalkin's Siobhéal Nic Eochaid, the Dublin Rose and a club supporter, who will travel to the orphanage to support the efforts of those working within it and highlight the plight of the children living in it. The quiz will begin at 9pm sharp and a table of four will cost €60.

CRY Charity Information

Ciaran's family asked that rather than flowers, donations be made to the CRY Unit, Tallaght Hospital. The Unit will be providing a talk for club players, managers, parents and others at the Louis Fitzgerald next Tuesday, January 31st - see notice on website. Here is information about the unit.

Cardiac illness information night - Tuesday 31st January 7pm

An information night on Cardiac illness ran by Round Tower GAA will be held in the  Louis Fitzgerald hotel on Tuesday next 31st January at 7pm.
Dr. Deirdre Ward, Cardioligist & Director of CRY will be giving the talk and will also be available to answers any questions on the night.
Tea & Coffee will follow afterwards.
All mentors, Adult players, parents & club members are invited to attend.

During his life, Ciarán Carr was a brilliant footballer and hurler for Round Tower GAA Club, a fantastic ambassador and a great friend to all who knew him. Our Flickr page has pictures of Ciarán representing the club and Round Tower GAA Club are very appreciative of the support that has been provided to it by members, supporters, thewider Clondalkin community and the wider GAA Community during these difficult times.
 

Ciarán Carr RIP

Round Tower GAA Club wishes to express its profound sadness and shock at the untimely passing of club player Ciarán Carr. Ciarán made an outstanding contribution to Round Tower GAA Club during his life and gave great commitment as a footballer and hurler. Above all, Ciarán was our friend and his untimely passing has brought great sorrow and grief amongst the Round Tower GAA Club community and the wider Clondalkin community. Ciarán had a love of sports and was a very happy character who people loved to be around.
